Shipping Policy

At ClearStep Codes, we are dedicated to getting our educational books and activities into your little ones' hands as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated Delivery: After processing, orders typically arrive in 7-10 business days.
  • Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather events).

3. Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping on every order.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries (US, CA, UK, AU & NZ). International shipping times may vary and could take longer than 6-10 business days. 
  • Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ClearStep Codes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) to monitor your order's progress.

6. Damages & Missing Packages

ClearStep Codes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you have a great experience:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact our support team at support@clearstepcodes.com with photos so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Missing Packages: If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. ClearStep Codes is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or old address provided by the customer.
