Refund and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at ClearStep Codes. We want to ensure you and your little ones are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make it right! In cases of damage or defects, please include photos of the issue in your email so we can evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you can send us an email at support@clearstepcodes.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged

We aim to review and respond within 2-3 business days. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover all associated costs. 

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
